Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-12
How refunds are calculated and paid, and how long they take.
How much you get back
The amount follows the Cancellation Policy. Where a service was not delivered because of us, the refund is always 100% of what you paid — or, if you prefer, a credit of 110% of that amount for a future booking.
How the money is returned
Refunds are made to the original means of payment, through SumUp. We cannot refund a card other than the one used for the booking, and we do not refund in cash.
How long it takes
We initiate refunds within 3 working days of agreeing them. Depending on your bank, the amount usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 working days.
Partial services
If a journey is interrupted for a reason attributable to us, we refund the proportion of the service that was not delivered. If it is interrupted at your request, the service counts as delivered.
Something went wrong
If you are not satisfied, write to us before leaving a review — most things can be put right the same day. Complaints are answered within 5 working days.
